Oakville Estate Property Services is private company Gail Broten established to satisfy a growing need.  People are caught up in the busy world we live in, and there are special challenges facing our aging population and their caregivers.  We help individuals and couples transitioning to downsized living accommodations or to assisted living facilities.  We are problem solvers for people dealing with estate and trustee issues relating to property management and disposal.

We provide a broad range of services that will reduce stress and enhance the value of homes and possessions.  We provide an honest, open and professional service and we work in an efficient and timely manner within a budget or quotation, or on an hourly basis.

Each project is different! We listen carefully to the client’s wishes and concerns to determine the specific services required for each project. The result is a customized solution that reduces stress and worry for the clients.
