Oakville Estate Property Services manages all the tasks necessary to complete your project. The cost for those services are set out our estimate and agreement which is presented to you for your approval prior to the start of your project. We can invoice you for the initial deposit, if required, and a final invoice for the combined total of all the services on completion . Or, depending on the type and size of the project, we can work on a "pay a you go basis. You may choose to use a contractor or service other than ones we deal with. We will work with them and review their costs should you desire, before you pay them directly. You can pay by cheque, or with a major credit card using the secure credit card payment system provided by PayPal. Credit card payments can be made using our secure payment site.
